You can sit there and have some soda and relax for a minute while they go get the parts you ordered. Which is excellent for me because I don't have to learn where certain things are at each different location I go to. They have a decent amount of tools on hand as well, I like the fact that they carry the major plumbing brands., Reed, ridged, ect.. This location always saves me time, which also saves me a great deal of money!
